Paul joined Ward Hadaway in October 2018 as Debt Recovery Manager situated in the Leeds office.

Paul manages the operation and team from the Leeds office, acting for a variety of public and private sector organisations.

Experience

Paul has over ten years experience within the debt recovery arena acting for a broad range of clients, with particular knowledge in education and credit union sectors.

Paul has acted for clients including but not limited to; B2B, B2C, Financial Services, Utilities, Local & Central Government and Factoring. Paul can provide advice and assistance on all aspects of debt recovery from pre-legal collection, through to claim issuing and enforcement. In addition Paul can provide statutory demand, bankruptcy and winding up services.

Previously, Paul was Debt Recovery Manager in Manchester, overseeing the debt recovery team, system and day to day operation. Prior to this Paul was a member of a leading debt recovery law firm in Leeds, ranked as a market leader by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
