Mark is a Paralegal in the Property team at Ward Hadaway, based in the Newcastle office.

He has 12 years’ experience in plot sales both working in-house and acting for a number of major house builders based in the North East, Yorkshire and North West of England, dealing with both leasehold and freehold developments.


Mark is experienced in all aspects of plot sales transactions from reservation to exchange and legal completion, including post-completion formalities and is used to working in a high pressure environment, revolving around house builders’ year-ends, as well as strict exchange and completion deadlines.

Mark also has knowledge in the following areas:

  • Stamp Duty Land Tax
  • Government and Developers Shared Equity Schemes
  • Part exchange transactions
  • Ground rent sales
