Mark joined Ward Hadaway in October 2018. He is the Client Services Manager in the Debt Recovery and Insolvency Unit.

Mark manages client contracts and relationships with a variety of public and private sector organisations whilst also exploring new business opportunities.


Mark has over 20 years of practical and management experience in the area of volume based recoveries, debt litigation, civil enforcement and insolvency. This experience has led to Mark acting for clients in a variety of sectors and industries such as Education, Local & Central Government, B2B, B2C, Financial Services, Telecoms and Utilities.

Previously, Mark was the Legal Recoveries ManagerĀ  in Leeds, a position he held for over 10 years. Mark’s has achieved several credit industry awards during his tenure and was recognised as a market leader by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.

Mark is an active member of several national associations and participates regularly in various working groups to discuss legislative change in the credit and debt industry.
