Chris is a solicitor in the Property team and is based in the Manchester office.

Chris acts for a variety of individual and private clients both regionally and nationally based, including national retail chains and commercial property developers, and is regularly involved with development finance and providing property advice as part of corporate transactions.

Having trained with Ward Hadaway, gaining experience in Property, Corporate, Commercial Litigation, Family and Employment during his training contract, Chris qualified into the Manchester Property team in September 2015.

Chris also plays an active role in the Manchester office’s involvement with a number of charities in the city.

  • sales and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold property
  • landlord and tenant matters
  • commercial development
  • real estate finance (particularly retail, residential and mixed use schemes) (development and investment)
  • corporate support
  • project management and coordination of large scale and portfolio based transactions
