Charlotte is a paralegal in the Plot Sales team, based in our Manchester office.

Charlotte has worked in the profession for over fifteen years and has been in her current role for nine years.

She achieved ILEX level three at distinction grade and has also passed the higher diploma in Land Law.


Charlotte has experience of dealing with residential conveyancing matters (both sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold titles including apartments) from initial issue of contracts through to completion and registration of ownership.

She also deals with transfer of equity, plot sales (including more complex developments), repossession sales, remortgage and sales of freehold reversion.

She has also worked with private clients, lenders and builders and works hard to ensure that deadlines are achieved.
