Agencies can only be instructed to work on a vacancy when contacted directly by the HR department with vacancy information and to agree terms.
Agencies should only submit CVs for candidates who have seen the Job Description and agree for their details to be put forward. Agencies should interview candidates before submitting their CV, ideally face to face or by telephone if this is not possible. As part of providing a quality service, agencies should ensure that candidates meet the requirements outlined in the job specification to a reasonable extent.
Agencies must submit CVs online via our recruitment portal and must identify the candidate as an agency candidate by including their agency name in brackets at the end of the candidate’s surname e.g. Joe Bloggs(AGENCY) . CVs not submitted online via our recruitment portal (e.g. CVs received by email) will not be considered as introductions. CVs will not be accepted from agencies for vacancies which explicitly state ‘no agencies’ in the advertisement.
