WH In-House – Contract Law Update – Leeds
26th March 2014
Following the popularity of previous events in both our Newcastle and Leeds offices, we are delighted that Professor Ewan McKendrick will again be joining us to deliver the Contract Law Update seminar specifically for in-house lawyers.
The seminar is designed for in-house lawyers and will provide an update on recently decided cases relating to topics such as:
- formation of contracts
- interpretation of contracts
- breach and termination
- damages and exclusion clauses
Professor McKendrick will discuss in detail how and why these cases are important and so the seminar will be of interest to all in-house lawyers that advise on contract law matters on a regular basis.
Professor McKendrick seminars are very popular so please register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
