Following the popularity of previous events in both our Newcastle and Leeds offices, Professor Ewan McKendrick will again be joining us to deliver the seminar.

> damages and exclusion clauses
Professor McKendrick will discuss in detail how and why these cases are important and so the seminar will be of interest to all in-house lawyers that advise on contract law matters on a regular basis. There will also be 4 CPD points available when attending this seminar.
