Trade Unions – what you need to know
25th June 2014
* UNFORTUNATELY THIS EVENT IS NOW FULLY BOOKED *
Ward Hadaway are delighted to invite you to this free Trade Unions seminar, being held at our Newcastle office on Wednesday 25th June, 8.00am – 10.00am.
Trade Union law remains complex after major changes in recent years including mergers between the biggest Trade Unions. This has led to an increased effort by Unions to be heard and to influence – which can lead to industrial action.
Do you have the knowledge and experience to deal with Trade Unions and collective employee relations effectively?
Our employment law experts will lead an interactive session, allowing you to share your knowledge and experiences with your peers, and will focus on:
- Law governing Trade Union relations
- Engagement with Trade Unions
- What happens when you fall out with your Union?
- Dealing with industrial action
This seminar will benefit line managers and those involved with HR issues.
