We are delighted to invite you to our hugely popular free annual Procurement law update taking place at our Manchester Office on Wednesday 2nd December, 8.30am – 12.30pm.
The session will provide a unique opportunity to hear first-hand from leading procurement experts who will share their thoughts on the most topical issues of the moment. We will also share the key facts you need to know about the recent legislative changes.
Topics covered will include:
- Legislation update (Concessions and Utilities)
- The rules of electronic communications in procurement
- The Government’s mystery shopper
- Information sharing with aggrieved bidders during and after tender processes
- Time limits
- Case law update
- Procurement case studies
- Social value in procurements
Due to the popularity of these seminars, we can only initially accept five bookings per organisation. Once these places are filled, we will operate a waiting list for additional places and let people know if and when places become available.
8.30am – Registration and breakfast
