Outsourcing transactions are often high-value and multifaceted, and it is essential that careful consideration is given to the whole process from pre-tender design and scoping, to preferred bidder stage, contract negotiation, implementation and ongoing service management. Our outsourcing experts are delighted to be hosting a morning roundtable training session on Thursday 29th November to share our experience & expertise as well as answer any questions you may have.
