Housing Management Law School – Spring Term 2021

The Spring term of our new lockdown-friendly Housing Management Law School will be held online via Zoom on 9th March at 10am. Register here to attend.

As usual during this session, we will feature a roundup of recent case reports, regulatory and legislative changes in the housing law world. This term’s revision session then looks at witness statements, where we will run you through a master class of what you need to know to produce relevant, comprehensive and compliant witness evidence.

The hot topic for the Spring session is committal proceedings. We will take an in-depth look at committal applications, a roundup of the new and revised civil procedure rules and documentation, rules of evidence, sentencing guidelines and likely outcomes.

The Housing Management Law School is free to attend and exists to deliver training to Registered Providers of Social Housing across the country, educating and updating their housing management staff with the essential legal knowledge that they need, delivered by our well-regarded sector specialists from across the firm.
