Housing Management Law School – Autumn 2014 (Manchester)
22nd October 2014
It's time for colleagues to return to the classroom for the free Ward Hadaway Housing Management Law School.
This will be the fourth in our series of Law Schools. Autumn term sees a brand new programme, with experts covering up to the minute topics. There will also be a chance to brush up on existing skills.
The Law School exists to deliver training to Registered Providers of Social Housing across the North, to educate and update housing management staff with the legal knowledge they need.
This session will deliver

This session will examine the essence of contract law and how it interacts with landlord and tenant law, to provide an understanding of how it operates in key areas, with an emphasis on breaches/variations of tenancy agreements, and terms implied by law.
