25 May 2018 was a watershed moment in the data protection world as it heralded the dawn of a whole new data protection regime for businesses to get to grips with.
Now one year on from the implementation of GDPR, join us at this breakfast briefing where data protection specialists Gareth Yates and Nathan Bilton will take a look back at the last 12 months to comment upon key post-GDPR highlights and identify future developments.
We will specifically look at:
- A review of cases and trends in ICO enforcement action
- The importance of “accountability” under GDPR
- Dealing effectively and efficiently with Subject Access Requests
- Guidance on breach notifications and breach response plans
Following the presentation a Q&A session will be held giving you the opportunity to ask GDPR compliance questions which are relevant to your business. This seminar also supports your continuous personal and business development.
This seminar has been specifically designed with in-house lawyers in mind. We therefore reserve the right to turn down registrations.
