We are delighted to host this free breakfast seminar in Newcastle on Thursday 16th November where employment law experts will give an update on TUPE law.
TUPE is a notoriously complex area of employment law and it is often difficult to determine, with any degree of certainty, whether TUPE applies to a set of facts. If TUPE does apply, it is not straightforward in many cases, to decide which employees will transfer and what options there are to make changes that impact on the transferring employees.
