Lisa Charles-Jones is an experienced HR and non-executive director with experience working with Plc’s. She joined Parkdean Resorts in January 2020 after previously working as Group HR Director for LSL Property Services plc, which trades through well-known residential property company brands such as Reeds Rains and Your Move.
A high-profile business leader, Lisa is well respected on a national level and brings significant experience of working with large and complex multi-site operations. She is known for her inspirational and supportive leadership style during periods of change, as well as her long term emphasis on the importance of highly visible leadership, professional training and culture of empowerment.
Di Keller has worked with organisations including Sage, where she was Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager for over five years, Mind and currently, Northumbria Police. She describes herself as; “Working to truly reflect the communities which we serve in Northumbria Police and creating a workforce where everyone feels safe and included and able to reach their full potential”.
Di is the strategic lead responsible for developing and delivering the organisation wide strategy aligned to National Police Chief Council guidance and the published Joint Equality Objectives.
