Paul is a dual qualified civil engineer and solicitor and has specialised in construction advice nationally for the past 20 years, the previous 10 years providing solely non-contentious advice.

Paul regularly acts for central government bodies, local authorities, developers, international contractors, funders and consultants.

Instructions have included assisting a contractor achieve financial close on four major hospitals in West Yorkshire and Manchester with a combined capital value of £750 million.

Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
