Nick O'Loughlin | Consultant, Commercial Litigation
Having graduated MA Cantab with first class honours, Nick qualified in 1982. He trained and initially practiced with a London “magic circle” firm, spent a further 12 years with that and another large London firm before joining Ward Hadaway as partner in 1994.
He has extensive experience of most kinds of commercial dispute and dispute resolution processes, sometimes internationally. Since 2005, Nick has been the wider Ward Hadaway Litigation Department’s Professional Support Lawyer, responsible particularly for in-house training and education, updating and current awareness, precedents and practicing know-how.
The appointment of a senior lawyer to such a position is unusual and emphasises the firm’s commitment to the quality of its lawyers’ most essential skills.
