Martin Woodford | Associate, Pensions

Martin joined the Pensions Team in May 2007 and is dually qualified as a Barrister and a Solicitor.

Prior to joining Ward Hadaway, Martin specialised in civil litigation, managing his own caseload of high value matters in the Magistrates, County and High Courts.

Martin now specialises in pensions law and advises sponsoring employers and trustees of occupational schemes on all aspects of operating a pensions arrangement.

Martin heads the team’s pensions disputes service for clients and advises both employers and trustees on contentious pensions issues, Court proceedings and dealing with the Pensions Ombudsman and the Pensions Regulator.
