The work undertaken for such clients include all aspects of landlord and tenant work, acquisition and disposal work (including of portfolios), portfolio/estate management work and development work.

In the area of property finance Simon has acted for Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of Scotland, Barclays Bank, Allied Irish Bank, National Westminster Bank, Yorkshire Bank, Futurebuilders England, Santander and other lending institutions in connection with their property finance instructions with a particular emphasis on development finance.
