Sarah Green | Associate, Public Sector

Sarah undertakes a wide range of PFI/PPP project work for both local authorities and the private sector.

She has experience in advising EU procurement matters especially in the local government and NHS sectors and undertakes a broad range of commercial and contractual work advising both public and private sector clients.

Work undertaken by Sarah includes acting for a local authority on their schools PFI scheme which included a number of pathfinder elements including the first “dual school” in the UK, two schools, one a community school and the other a RCVA school sharing facilities. This advice is ongoing during the construction phase.

She is also advising a mental health trust on their two PFI schemes, and two PCTs on the procurement of new health centres through PFI, as well as providing ongoing support to operational PFI schemes.

Sarah has also advised on PFI/PPP schemes in the health, education, leisure and waste sectors.
