Roger has been advising clients on all aspects of commercial property for more than 20 years.

He works with both private and public sector operators and also represents landowners in their dealings with developers.

Roger has worked on major residential, commercial and mixed development schemes across the country for leading private developers and public sector bodies including Bellway, Persimmon and the Banks Group.

His recent work includes advising on a major mixed-use regeneration project for a consortium including Grainger Plc and Northumberland Estates, a residential development scheme for Bellway at North Tyneside for over 700 dwellings and mixed-use development schemes for Bellway and Persimmon in Northumberland and Hartlepool involving several thousand dwellings.

Roger has also recently advised on a major mixed-use development scheme at Stockton on Tees for the Banks Group and a sale by the Secretary of State for Health of a site for development as a secure mental health unit.

He also leads the team that deals with real estate issues on commercial and corporate transactions.
