Experienced property lawyer joins Leeds team | 15 May 09
LAW firm Ward Hadaway has further strengthened its Leeds office with the appointment of experienced commercial property lawyer Judy Fawcett.
New starter – property partner Judy Fawcett is welcomed to Ward Hadaway by Andrew Hoyle, lead partner for the firm’s Leeds office.
Judy joins the firm as a partner, having previously worked at Addleshaw Goddard in Leeds.
She has extensive experience of advising on a wide range of commercial property matters, from acquisitions and disposals to lettings and development.
Judy specialises in advising clients with large operational property portfolios and has worked for household names in the retail, investment funds, insurance, and other clients in the financial services industry.
At Ward Hadaway, she joins other experienced property partners including Stephen Richardson, former head of the Leeds Occupiers Team at Eversheds, and Philip O’Loughlin, one of the North’s leading property litigation lawyers.
